How do I use SpyCall / remote listening? (Pro & Pro-X)
For Spy Call users assign another phone as the Monitor number in FlexiSPY. When a call comes into FlexiSPY from this number, the microphone will secretly switch on and you will hear whatever the phone hears . If the phone is in use or the user presses a key, the SpyCall is disconnected.
Do not block Caller ID when making a SpyCall from your predefined Monitor number, or FlexiSPY will not know when to answer as a SpyCall. Also, calls through a PBX, calling cards, Skype and other VOIP Internet clients, etc. usually will not work. This is because the Caller ID is either unavailable or unpredictable. FlexiSPY can’t make a match with the predefined Monitor number unless Caller ID is both available and reliable.
